Mikheil Chkuaseli Chief Financial Officer

Former Chief Executive Officer of TBC Bank and Minister of Finance of Georgia, with a background in banking, financial management and public administration. Also serves as Honorary Consul of Peru in Georgia.

Soso Mamardashvili Deputy Chief Financial Officer

Has held financial management roles across agribusiness, education and commercial trade, including Chief Financial Officer at Geoplant and Financial Manager at British-Georgian Academy.

George Chkaidze Head of Project Coordination

Previously served as Strategic Planning Director at Todua Medical Center and worked in project management at Oxon Solutions. His background spans project coordination, strategic planning and marketing.

Giorgi Tsukhishvili Head of Legal

Previously Chief Lawyer at Republic Hospital, with experience in corporate legal affairs and statutory compliance. Holds a BA in Law from Tbilisi State University and an MA in Law from Georgian Technical University.

Dimitri Tskhadaia Head of Trade

Petroleum trading and logistics specialist with experience in inventory management, vessel chartering and distribution through Northern European ports. Holds a BSc in Logistics from Aston University, United Kingdom.

Kamil Bulatov Head of Logistics

Has worked in logistics, transportation and operations across the oil and gas, inspection and freight sectors. Previous roles include Deputy Managing Director for Logistics at North Freight Company and Operations Manager at SGS Georgia.

Vazil Hudák Co-Chair, European Advisory Council

Former Vice-President of the European Investment Bank and Minister of Economy of the Slovak Republic. His career spans international finance, economic policy and European institutional affairs, including roles at J.P. Morgan and Citigroup.
