Black Sea Petroleum cooperates with SOCAR’s Black Sea Terminal, which provides rail, sea receiving, and discharge infrastructure. This logistical advantage ensures efficient delivery of crude oil for processing and reliable distribution of refined products. By leveraging Georgia’s Black Sea access and modern infrastructure, the refinery will not only meet domestic demand but also create strong export potential, connecting the region to European and global markets.
Strategic Supply Network
Black Sea Petroleum benefits from Georgia’s exceptional geographic position, surrounded by major crude oil producing and exporting countries. The refinery processes imported oil from neighboring countries and plans to import from Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. This regional integration ensures a reliable and diversified supply of raw materials, strengthening the refinery’s role as a secure and sustainable energy provider.
